What happens if I change my mind after I order?
At Myriam Nader Haitian Art Gallery, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you change your mind, we offer a 4-hour grace period after placing an order. Please note: artworks marked as “Price on Request,” “Special Deals,” or Private Collections are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Can I exchange my purchase?
Yes. Exchanges are available within 5 days of receipt if your artwork is returned in the same condition it was sent. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies. Please be aware that we are not responsible for damages caused by customs procedures.

Do you accept returns?
We guarantee the authenticity and originality of every piece we sell. Because of this, we generally do not process refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee, and require the selection of another artwork.
- Non-returnable items: “Price on Request,” “Special Deals,” Private Collections, gift cards, and sale items.
- If we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Artwork must be in the same condition received (unused, undamaged).
- Must include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. While we are not responsible for customs delays or carrier damages, we will work to resolve valid issues promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- We are unable to fulfill your order.
- A return is inspected and approved.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card company to complete the transaction.
