Shipping and Handling Charges – Myriam Nader Haitian Art Gallery

Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly ship worldwide from all our locations. International shipping costs vary based on the artwork's size and weight.

Q: What is the shipping cost within the United States?

At Myriam Nader Haitian Art Gallery, we make collecting art simple and transparent. For domestic U.S. orders, shipping is offered at a flat rate of $45 per item for selected artworks with a listed price. For artworks marked as “Price Upon Request,” shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, artwork location, and destination.

As a trusted gallery representing Haitian artists and collectors worldwide, we take great care to ensure your artwork is securely packaged and delivered. Every order includes expert handling and is shipped with full consideration for the artwork’s preservation and authenticity.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7–15 business days. International orders typically take 15–60 business days, depending on customs clearance and carrier availability. Some items may take longer than 60 days due to logistical challenges.

Q: How are significant artworks shipped?
Large paintings may be shipped unstretched and rolled, rather than mounted in their frames. This option is safer for long-distance transport and more cost-effective.

Q: Who pays customs duties and taxes?
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are collected upon delivery and are not included in our invoices.

Q: Can you give an estimate of duty fees?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates. Your local customs authority sets duty fees. For accurate details, don’t hesitate to get in touch with your country’s customs office.
