Description

This 1974 Cubist Nude in Wheelchair introduces a more unusual composition within Roland Dorcely's series of fragmented nude studies, placing the figure within a defined seated form. Rendered in pencil, the body and chair are broken into interlocking geometric planes, extending Dorcely's structural approach to an atypical setting. Signed and dated by the artist, this piece comes from a private collector in Florida. The artwork will ship directly to the client from the collector. The drawing is in good condition, with minor foxing and a small 2mm hole consistent with its age. Our gallery will provide a certificate of authenticity upon purchase.
